Rates, Insurance, & Cancellation
RATES
Services are provided at a rate of $125.00 for a 50-minute session. Your initial intake appointment will last about 1.5 to 2 hours in and we will be discussing client history, therapy goals and other items around the therapy process. Your initial intake session will be billed at $200. Subsequent sessions will be the standard 50 minute length and billed at the $125 rate. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I do require that a credit card or debit card be on file with our secure EHR at all times. You will be charged by the end of the day of your appointment.
INSURANCE
I am not on any insurance panels, which means that you are responsible for the full fee for each session. I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" for out-of-network reimbursement, upon request. You are able to submit this to your health insurance provider, and depending on your employee benefit plan or self provided plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or part by your plan if they include out of network coverage for mental health services. If you choose this option please note that these itemized "Super Bill" will be created once weekly and should be sent to you or available in your portal account the Friday following your most recent session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give a 24-hour notice, per email, if you need to cancel or wish to change your appointment. In case of emergencies, call as soon as possible. There will be a $75 charge for appointments not kept or canceled according to the 24-hour policy requirements.
